About
Mireille is a mediator and arbitrator who works with employers, unions, and employees in the public and private sectors, as well as the construction industry, to resolve labour relations and employment disputes. She is also a full-time Vice-Chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Prior to her appointment to the Ontario Labour Relations Board in 2023, Mireille practised law for 10 years at a leading law firm specializing in labour and employment law, where she represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, and proceedings before administrative tribunals and courts. She also taught collective bargaining law at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Mireille is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Fully bilingual, Mireille conducts mediations and arbitrations in both French and English.
Mediation
Provides effective mediation of labour relations and employment disputes, including rights-based grievances, claims for wrongful dismissal, and human rights issues.

Arbitration​
Offers adjudication of labour relations disputes in public and private sector workplaces under provincial and federal jurisdiction, including grievance arbitration, interest arbitration, and med/arb.
